We’re looking for an experienced Delivery-focussed Recruiter to join our team, specialising in UK public sector recruitment.
About the Role
The role is predominantly focused on Technology, with opportunities to recruit across Product, Engineering, Finance and other professional areas. You’ll be joining a hot desk, with live vacancies from day one. Your focus will be on sourcing, qualifying and placing great candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment experience, ideally within either Technology and/or the Public Sector
- Experienced working as a specialist quality-led recruiter
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
- Ability to manage multiple live vacancies and deliver against targets
- Proactive and organised
- Strong-minded, with the ability to push through tough searches
- A genuine delivery-focused recruiter who thrives on finding top tier candidates
- Ability to work well remotely

Qualifications
- Agency recruitment experience, ideally within Technology and/or the Public Sector.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
- Ability to manage multiple live vacancies and deliver against targets
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded
- A genuine delivery-focused recruiter who enjoys making placements
