Technology Recruitment Consultant (Perm or Contract Desk)
Location: London (Old Street) | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £32,500 – £50,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)
Trust in SODA, part of Trinnovo Group, is growing its Technology recruitment team and is hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us on a permanent or contract desk. Whether your background is in Software Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data, DevOps or Go to Market, we want to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to join a specialist technology brand with real momentum behind it, established client relationships, live requirements, and the backing of a wider group spanning Technology, Financial Services and AI. SODA has delivered £6.55m in H1 2026 revenue, with 54% coming from international markets and 47% recurring revenue, so you'll be stepping into a business with genuine scale and repeat business already in motion.
You'll work alongside colleagues across Broadgate and DeepRec.ai, giving you access to cross-brand opportunities and a wider network of specialist consultants and clients across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland and the US.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, or focus on delivery, depending on your desk — perm or contract
- Recruit across one or more of our core practice areas: Software Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data, DevOps or Go to Market
- Build and grow client relationships, developing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Source, screen and manage candidates through to placement, delivering a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
- Build long-term talent pipelines and market maps within your specialist niche
- Collaborate with colleagues across Trust in SODA, Broadgate and DeepRec.ai on cross-sell opportunities

What We're Looking For:
- Proven agency recruitment experience, either on a 360 desk or in a dedicated delivery/resourcing role
- Experience recruiting into Technology markets — Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, DevOps or Go to Market
- Confidence managing either permanent or contract recruitment processes
- Strong business development capability if working a 360 desk, or strong sourcing and candidate management skills if focused on delivery
- A commercial mindset and motivation to build a high-performing desk
