Client Director | Technology | Europe – £70-90k Base | £200-250k OTE
This is a 95% client-facing role with no people management and no delivery responsibility. Built for a manager who misses earning what they did as an IC, or a senior biller who wants to spend their week opening doors rather than working roles.
The desk sits across their technology brand, which covers ERP, transformation and enterprise change into large end users across FMCG, pharma, logistics and manufacturing.
Over 500 clients transacted with in the past two years, ranging from blue chip enterprise accounts through to hyper-growth scale ups. One of their largest transformation accounts is worth £2m+ a year on its own.

The Details
- Base £70-90k (DOE)
- Targeted on NFI growth across all solutions, perm and contract, any office, any geography
- 95% client focused, expanding existing accounts, opening new areas within enterprise clients and bringing on new logos
- No headcount to manage
- No client ownership across the group, so the wider database is open from day one
- Year one accelerator, with scope to double it for the right person
- Milestone bonuses on contractor volume
- Very flexible office and working set up, built around client meetings rather than desk time

What they're looking for
- Contract recruitment experience is essential
- AD or Director level, though the title matters less than the track record
- A background in building and expanding client books rather than delivery
- Someone comfortable being measured purely on revenue brought in
