I’m working with an established organisation that is continuing to build out its Responsible AI capability as AI adoption grows across the business.
They already have a Responsible AI framework in place – now they’re looking for someone who can help bring it to life operationally, working directly with AI use cases, completing risk assessments and helping the business adopt AI in a controlled and responsible way.
What will you be doing?
- Conducting end-to-end AI / Technology risk assessments
- Reviewing and triaging new AI use cases
- Identifying risks across fairness, transparency, explainability, privacy, security and human oversight
- Recommending proportionate controls and mitigations
- Producing risk reporting, MI and governance documentation
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Supporting the continued development of the Responsible AI governance framework
- Working across Technology, Security, Risk, Legal and wider business teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
