⭐️ Our Technology Risk team
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Technology Risk Senior Analyst to join our growing Technology Risk Oversight team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology estate, protecting our customers' data and maintaining the trust they place in us. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we manage technology risks.
🔑 You’ll play a key role by...
Risk Assessment and Analysis:
- Proactively identify and assess technology risks across Monzo’s cloud-native infrastructure and applications.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements.
- Analyze and interpret risk data to provide actionable insights.
Risk Management:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to a modern, cloud-first environment.
- Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation activities.
- Assist in the development of risk appetite statements and tolerance levels.

Reporting and Communication:
- Communicate complex technical risk information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for management.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology risks, security trends, and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
