Salary Package: Earn up to £35,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) through a combination of base salary and performance-related bonus opportunities during the programme.

Life on the Team
Start your career in technology sales with excellent earning potential, global exposure, and the support to grow from day one. You'll be actively developing your skills, expanding your commercial knowledge, and preparing for future customer engagement through hands-on learning, mentoring, and real business exposure.
Our sales teams play a key role in helping some of the world’s leading organisations use technology to solve business challenges, improve how they work, and achieve their goals. As part of the team, you’ll help customers source, transform, and manage their technology infrastructure, while building the skills, confidence, and commercial understanding to grow a successful career in sales.
Our 16-month Technology Sales Graduate Programme starts in September 2027 and gives you a structured development journey, access to high-quality training, and the opportunity to accelerate your career in a fast-moving technology sales environment.
You’ll work alongside other Associates across the UK, Europe, and the USA, learning how the full sales cycle works and developing the sales skills, business knowledge, and confidence needed to build long-term relationships with our customers.
You’ll be part of a commercially driven culture shaped by our Winning Together values, where you’ll be coached and supported by experienced people across the business. Along the way, you’ll build your network across Computacenter and the wider technology industry, gain exposure to leading technology partners, and develop a clear understanding of how we deliver value for our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Spend time on rotations across different areas of the business to understand how Computacenter works and how we support our customers.
- Build your knowledge of technology, products, and solutions, and how they help customers achieve their business goals.
- Develop the core sales skills needed to become a confident, high-performing sales professional through practical sales activities, presentations, training, and one-to-one coaching.
- Gain hands-on experience creating customer-facing materials and learning the tools and processes that drive sales success. As you progress through the programme, you'll build towards supporting real customer opportunities, live sales campaigns, and commercial conversations.
- Take part in partner site visits and wider technology events with leading brands such as Apple, Microsoft, and Dell, giving you exposure to the tech industry beyond the day-to-day role.
- Drive your personal development by building self-awareness, developing your personal brand, and learning how to engage with key stakeholders.
- Work towards external, industry-recognised sales training and qualifications to support your long-term career in sales.
What You’ll Need
- A degree in any subject, at any classification, completed by the start date, or 2–3 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role. What matters most is your potential, motivation, and willingness to learn.
- A genuine interest in technology, sales, and working with customers to solve real business challenges.
- The ability to communicate with different people, building relationships, and being curious enough to ask questions.
- A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to manage your time and balance different priorities.
- A growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and the drive to keep developing throughout the programme.
- Availability to start the 16-month Technology Sales Graduate Programme in September 2027.
