Executive Director
As an Executive Director, you will lead strategic planning, governance and execution across core technology priorities, including Infrastructure, AI, Vendor Strategy and Organizational Resilience. You will partner with senior leaders to drive investment decisions, transformation initiatives and operating model enhancements that support the long-term success of Securities Services Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of strategic priorities across infrastructure, AI, vendor management and organizational resilience.
- Partner with senior leaders to support business planning, investment governance and operating model effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, metrics and reporting to drive transparency and accountability.
- Lead financial management activities, including forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology efficiency, scalability and cost effectiveness.
- Support technology modernization, platform transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Drive vendor strategy, supplier governance and third-party optimization efforts.
- Establish frameworks to measure business value and outcomes from strategic technology investments, including AI.
- Lead workforce resilience initiatives, succession planning and organizational capability assessments.
- Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Business Management leadership team.

Qualifications
Required Experience
- Significant experience in Business Management, Strategy, COO, Finance, Transformation or Technology leadership roles.
- Experience managing complex investment portfolios, strategic programs or operating model initiatives.
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance and Business functions.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within Financial Services, Securities Services, Markets, Payments or Transaction Banking.
- Knowledge of technology economics, cloud transformation or platform modernization initiatives.
- Experience supporting AI adoption, governance or value realization programs.
- Exposure to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness or resilience initiatives.
- Familiarity with data-driven operating models and strategic planning processes.
