Technology Supplier Relationship Manager – AI & Cloud
London | Hybrid Working | Up to £80,000 + Benefits
Our client, a leading professional services company, is seeking an experienced Technology Supplier Relationship Manager to join its growing Technology function.
Technology is central to the firm's business strategy, supporting a global user base across the UK, UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong. With continued investment across cloud, AI, cyber security and digital transformation, this role will take ownership of strategic technology supplier relationships across a complex international environment.
Working across Technology, Product, Procurement, Risk and Legal, you will ensure suppliers deliver strong commercial value, operational performance and effective governance across cloud, SaaS, managed services and AI-enabled technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with cloud, SaaS, managed service and AI technology suppliers.
- Establish and lead supplier governance including QBRs, KPIs, SLAs and performance reviews.
- Manage contracts, renewals, commercial negotiations and supplier performance.
- Drive supplier and contract rationalisation, improving visibility across renewals, spend and contractual commitments.
- Ensure suppliers align with the firm's technology and architecture roadmap.
- Manage supplier risk, resilience and compliance requirements.
- Support the commercial and governance requirements associated with AI-enabled services and suppliers.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, Technology and Procurement to drive supplier accountability, value and continuous improvement.

Experience Required
- 5+ years' experience in Technology Supplier Management, Vendor Management or Technology Operations.
- Strong experience managing strategic technology suppliers and outsourcing partners.
- Proven contract negotiation and commercial management experience.
- Experience managing cloud, SaaS and/or managed service providers.
- Experience working with AI-enabled suppliers and contracts, with an understanding of the associated commercial, governance and risk considerations.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience operating within a complex environment.
- Professional services, legal, financial services or similarly regulated sector experience would be advantageous.
