Role Highlights
- Deliver Frontline Technology Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across the business, resolving issues quickly and keeping teams productive.
- Support a Diverse Technology Environment: Troubleshoot end-user devices, business applications, cloud services, mobile technology and core infrastructure.
- Own Microsoft & User Management: Support modern Microsoft desktop environments and manage user access through Active Directory.
- Keep Services Running Smoothly: Help maintain service levels, resolve incidents efficiently and support the coordination of major incidents.
- Make an Impact Across the Business: Partner with colleagues at all levels, including Directors, to deliver a seamless and reliable technology experience.
It Would be Great If You
- Have experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a fast-paced business.
- Bring strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to confidently diagnose, prioritise and resolve technical issues.
- Have experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, modern desktop environments and Active Directory.
- Are a natural problem solver and communicator, able to build relationships and provide excellent customer service at all levels of the business.
- Have exposure to networking fundamentals, such as DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP, and are keen to continue developing your technical expertise.

What's In It For You
- Location: This role is based in our Shepherd’s Bush, London office. Flexibility is required, as the position involves some rotational evening work and occasional travel to our Boston office in the US when business needs require.
- Salary: Range of £28,000 to £31,000

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 4 main stages:
- Application Review: One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to a screening phone call. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions and to help us explore your application further.
- Screening Phone Call: You will then have the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager over a 30-minute Teams call.
- Face-to-Face Interview: The last and final stage is a face-to-face interview with the hiring team at our London office.
- Outcome and Final Feedback: We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
