Technology Support Coordinator

Our fantastic US law firm client is looking for a confident and professional Technology Support Coordinator to join their London office. The successful candidate will support the delivery and development of the firm’s technology and application systems, while helping to promote best practices, maintain knowledge-based resources and deliver training and educational opportunities to lawyers and staff.

Technology Support Coordinator – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build strong working relationships with lawyers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them maximise their use of firm technology
  • Promote and apply IT best practices to improve efficiency, performance, and client service
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency across the firm’s applications, technologies, policies, procedures, and knowledge bases
  • Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support across applications, workstations, remote access, mobile devices, printers, phones, and other technologies
  • Use the firm’s service management system to log and manage issues, respond to escalations, track resolutions, and identify recurring trends
  • Identify opportunities for additional training, coaching, and technology or system enhancements
  • Work closely with wider IT teams to ensure local office needs, issues and opportunities are effectively communicated and addressed

Technology Support Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
