Location: Sidcup

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Rose Bruford College is seeking a Technology Support Officer to join our Student Records team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines first-line technology support with opportunities to develop experience in digital learning technologies, data quality, reporting and process improvement.

Role Overview

Technology support is at the heart of the role. You'll help colleagues with day-to-day technology issues, coordinate support requests and work closely with our external IT provider to ensure services run smoothly across the College. You'll enjoy investigating problems, finding solutions and delivering a professional, customer-focused service.
