We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Transformation Project Manager to join our team and support multiple ongoing and upcoming sprints within the Extended Enterprise Growth domain. This role is pivotal in driving the successful, governed, and controlled delivery of technology solutions aligned with our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce delivery standards: Define and implement best practices and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution.
- Project planning and progress tracking: Develop detailed project plans, monitor sprint progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Stakeholder communication and reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Technology understanding: Leverage knowledge of relevant technologies to bridge gaps between technical and business teams, enabling informed decision-making.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology transformation initiatives, preferably within Extended Enterprise or similar growth areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering SAP or other ERP-based products, with a strong understanding of their implementation lifecycle. (SAP delivery is highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt and start immediately, with a commitment to a six-month engagement.
- Technical acumen sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technology solutions.
