Technology Transformation – Senior Manager

£100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
London | Hybrid

Currently working with a leading advisory and transformation consultancy in search of a Technology Transformation Senior Manager to join their growing Technology Advisory practice.

This is an opportunity to work directly with C-suite stakeholders on complex business and technology challenges, helping organisations unlock value through technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model design and large-scale transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strong consulting expertise with a deep understanding of modern technology landscapes.

We're looking for

  • Experience gained within a leading management consulting or advisory firm
  • Strong Enterprise Architecture experience with a proven track record designing complex technology solutions.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation, technology strategy or operating model engagements.
  • Broad understanding of software delivery, applications, infrastructure, operations and governance.
  • Ability to develop pragmatic technology roadmaps and define future-state architectures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

What you'll be doing

  • Leading digital and technology transformation programmes for enterprise clients.
  • Advising executive stakeholders on technology strategy, operating model design and governance.
  • Defining target-state enterprise architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
  • Conducting digital diagnostics, technology assessments and maturity reviews.
  • Driving application, data, integration and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
  • Supporting technology cost optimisation, outsourcing and transformation programmes.
  • Leading technology due diligence, carve-out and integration engagements.
  • Supporting proposal development and business growth activities across strategic accounts.
