Technology Workshop Technician

37hrs Per Week, Permanent, Term Time Only plus 5 or 10 Days (Negotiable)

Salary:

  • Scale 3, Point 6 - 8, £26,847 - £27,709
  • Actual Salary for TTO plus 5 days: £23,876.01 - £24,624.62
  • Actual Salary for TTO plus 10 days: £24,401.22 - £25,184.69

Starting Date - ASAP

The West Bridgford School are looking to appoint a Technology Workshop Technician to work alongside our Teaching staff. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in their approach, work well in a team, and be willing to carry out technical support to the team. Candidates should enjoy working as a member of a team and be able to demonstrate their proactive approach to the learning of students. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of workshop machinery, timber and metal works, and show a willingness to operate new technology and software in the support of teaching and learning.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm
