Our clients are a leading name in the TechOne space, they are currently seeking the services of an experienced TechOne Senior to run their new UK based practice.
We are looking for a TechOne all-rounder who is looking for the next step in their career.
Role Overview
As the TechnologyOne Practice Lead you will bridge the gap between SaaS software capabilities and business needs.
You will oversee technical direction, manage presales and project delivery, and ensure consulting teams successfully implement and optimise modules like Enterprise Asset Management or Property & Rating for a mix of clients across the UK.

- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead high-level solution design, architecting scalable configurations that align with business requirements.
- Presales & Strategy: Lead discovery sessions, develop go-to-market strategies, and assist in scoping and proposal creation for potential clients.
- Implementation & Optimisation: Oversee end-to-end setups, data migrations, and the deployment of modules across the TechOne platform.
- Team Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and upskill consulting or engineering teams to continuously improve the practice's competency.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with senior leadership, internal development squads, and vendor representatives to resolve escalations and ensure platform governance.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Deep industry knowledge, frequently in specialised fields like Local Government (Property & Rating), Financials, or Strategic Asset Management.
- Business Analysis: Strong capability in translating real-world operational processes into efficient, audit-ready system workflows.
- Project Governance: Experience managing project lifecycles, understanding SDLC, and ensuring technical deliverables stay on schedule.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder engagement with the ability to manage both commercial and technical functions.
