Our clients are looking to recruit a TechOne Consultant for an exciting new hybrid opportunity within their business.

A Senior Consultant for TechnologyOne is a subject matter expert responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying the TechnologyOne SaaS ERP enterprise suite. You will lead project workstreams, guide client stakeholders, and ensure the system architecture aligns with business requirements.

Position Purpose

The Senior Consultant leads the successful delivery, implementation, and optimisation of TechnologyOne software solutions. This role bridges the gap between complex business challenges and technical system design. The successful candidate will leverage deep product knowledge—primarily within the CiAnywhere (CiA) platform—to guide clients through digital transformation journeys, process re-engineering, and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Lead Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to map, analyze, and document complex business processes.
  • System Architecture: Translate business needs into functional specifications and robust TechnologyOne system designs.
  • Hands-on Configuration: Configure core TechnologyOne modules, workflows, forms, and security profiles according to best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain advanced enterprise reports using XLOne, ETL tools, and built-in dashboards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
