As the company continues to scale, technology plays a vital role in keeping teams connected, productive and equipped to perform at their best.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Tech Ops Specialist to work closely with the IT Manager, supporting day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
You'll be the go-to person for employee IT support, managing new starter onboarding, device setup, user access, Google Workspace administration, meeting rooms and support tickets. You'll ensure employees have the technology they need from day one while keeping workplace systems running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership. Alongside core IT support, you'll contribute to process improvements, basic automation and wider technical projects as the business grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
