Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Telesales Executive to support and oversee the daily sales operations within our office. This key role combines telesales responsibilities with essential administrative functions, requiring an individual who excels in communication, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient office operations while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to team development.
Multilingual abilities in Urdu, Bengali, Arabic, Punjabi, or Hindi would be a valuable asset, though not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer orders received via telephone, email, and messaging platforms
- Perform a range of administrative duties including scheduling, document preparation, and general correspondence
- Accurately handle and process card payment transactions
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records using the ERP system for financial tracking and reporting
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support team development and enhance performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and a positive office environment

Required Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or a telesales/customer service role is essential
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience supervising or supporting staff is highly desirable
- Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, document handling, and scheduling
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial record-keeping is an advantage
