Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales / Trainee Sales role based in the Greater Glasgow Area. The role involves making outbound and handling inbound calls to engage potential and existing customers, introducing products or services, and generating leads and sales.

Daily tasks include:
- Explaining offerings clearly
- Answering customer questions
- Overcoming objections
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

The Tele Sales / Trainee Sales professional will:
- Follow up on leads
- Support sales campaigns
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets
The role also includes:
- Participating in training sessions
- Applying coaching feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve overall sales performance
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and active listening.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building rapport and resolving customer concerns.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing opportunities.
- Training and Sales Management exposure or interest in learning structured sales processes.
- Comfortable working in a phone-based environment and using CRM or call management tools.
- Ability to work to targets, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center, or retail sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop a long-term career in sales.
