We’re a fast-growing utilities consultancy based in Shoreditch. Partnering with over 50 leading suppliers, we help businesses reduce their costs across energy, payments, telecoms, waste, and water. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for confident, driven individuals to join our busy sales team and take the next step in their career.
The Role
This is an exciting phone-based B2B Senior Telecoms Consultant role. You will be advising business customers, identifying their needs, and helping them secure better deals through our network of trusted suppliers. Full training provided for motivated candidates looking to build a career in consultancy.

What You’ll Do
- Sell a full suite of business telecoms and connectivity solutions, including FTTP, broadband, digital lines, VoIP/hosted telephony, leased lines, and mobile packages.
- Conduct detailed telecom audits, reviewing usage, infrastructure, billing, and identifying areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Build, manage, and convert your own pipeline from warm leads, referrals, and proactive outbound activity.
- Manage the full sales cycle - qualification, solution design, provider comparison, proposal creation, and closing.
- Guide clients through switching, onboarding, contract negotiations, and ongoing support.
- Stay ahead of the market by maintaining strong knowledge of connectivity technologies, tariffs, digital voice migration, and provider offerings.
- Keep CRM, compliance, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell utilities services such as energy and water where relevant.

Requirements
- Proven experience selling telecoms and connectivity to UK small businesses (essential).
- Strong knowledge of the UK SME telecoms market, especially FTTP, connectivity, digital lines, VoIP/SIP, and hosted solutions.
- Ability to run telecom audits, interpret bills, analyse spend, and produce compelling proposals.
