We're supporting a growing and ambitious telecommunications business in Bournemouth looking to add driven and motivated Telemarketers to their expanding sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, whether you already have outbound calling experience or are coming from a customer service background and ready for your next challenge.
Working within a fast-paced and supportive environment, you'll be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments for the field sales team, engaging with senior decision-makers across a range of businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and book appointments through outbound calls
- Engage confidently with business decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and gather key business information
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Build interest in products and services through consultative conversations
- Work towards individual and team targets within a sales-driven environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience within outbound B2B sales
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Target-driven with a resilient and motivated attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
