Role Description
The Telemarketer role is a remote contract position focused on connecting with prospective customers on behalf of solar providers partnered with Power Volt Energy. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls
- Introducing solar solutions
- Clearly communicating the benefits of transitioning to renewable energy
- Qualifying leads
- Scheduling appointments for sales or consultation calls
- Recording accurate information in CRM or call-tracking systems
- Responding to inquiries
- Providing basic information about services
- Following up with potential customers to support the sales pipeline
Consistent adherence to scripts, compliance requirements, and performance targets is expected, along with collaboration with the sales and operations teams to improve call outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with diverse customers and building rapport over the phone.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide a positive caller experience.
- Sales skills to present offerings persuasively, qualify leads, and support conversion goals.
- Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate and confirm meetings or consultations efficiently.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and the ability to maintain a quiet, professional workspace.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or inside sales, preferably in energy, solar, or home services, is beneficial.
- Ability to follow scripts and compliance guidelines while adapting messaging to caller needs.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, call-tracking tools, and standard office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.

Compensation
Commission-based salary. Earn 10% commission for every deal closed (no limit).
