Join a growing and successful UK business

Testing Services UK is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and personable Telemarketing Appointment Setter to join our expanding sales team.

If you're great on the telephone, enjoy speaking with people, and have a natural ability to build relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of creating new business opportunities and wants to be rewarded for their contribution.

With a competitive basic salary, performance-related bonuses, excellent working hours, generous holiday entitlement, and an early finish every Friday, this is a great opportunity for the right person.

This is not a hard-sell role. We believe successful telemarketing is about having good conversations, building relationships, and identifying genuine business opportunities.

You'll be speaking with business owners, facilities managers, health and safety professionals, and other key decision makers.

Your role is to open doors, establish potential requirements, and arrange quality appointments for our experienced sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
