The role
We’re looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to join WF Supplies following an internal move within the team. You’ll make outbound B2B calls to identify new opportunities and book qualified appointments for our Business Development team. You’ll also manage the BD team calendar, work towards daily and weekly call and booking targets, and accurately record all activity and outcomes in our CRM.
You’ll work closely with six experienced sales professionals in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What we’re looking for
- At least 1-2 years of inbound or outbound telephone sales experience
- A proven track record in appointment setting, with an understanding of call-to-booking conversion rates
- A confident, professional and resilient telephone manner
- Previous B2B cold-calling experience preferred
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or a similar system
- Strong organisation and diary-management skills
- Accurate and consistent approach to CRM administration

Salary and benefits
- £40,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission - £50 for every new account opened
