Location: Remote, with occasional travel to dulannHQ in Wexford
Hours: Full-time or part-time, with flexible days and working hours
Reports to: Sales Manager
About The Role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and organised Telemarketing & Sales Executive to join #Teamdulann.
You will contact potential customers, learn about their requirements and arrange appointments for our Sales Team. You will also manage sales opportunities involving smaller customers, from the first conversation through to completing the sale.
This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility around the days and hours worked. It may be particularly attractive to someone seeking to balance their career with childcare, caring responsibilities or other commitments.
The working arrangement will be agreed with the successful candidate, although some availability during normal customer business hours will be required.
What you’ll be doing
- Contacting potential and existing customers by telephone and email.
- Understanding customer requirements and identifying where dulann may be able to help.
- Qualifying potential customers and arranging appointments for the Sales Team.
- Managing smaller customer accounts and sales opportunities from initial contact through to completion.
- Building positive relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Using HubSpot to record conversations, manage contacts, schedule follow-ups and maintain accurate sales information.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager.
- Attending occasional online team meetings.
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing useful insights with #Teamdulann.

What we’re looking for
Role
You do not need to have worked in this exact role before. Full training will be provided, and we would be happy to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
- Have a friendly, clear and professional telephone manner.
- Are a good listener with strong written and spoken English.
- Are organised, dependable and able to manage your own workload.
- Are comfortable working independently as part of a remote team.
- Can use email and everyday computer software confidently.
- Are willing to learn and work towards agreed targets.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting would be a decided advantage, but it is not essential.

Experience using HubSpot or another CRM system would also be helpful but is not required. Any experience in B2B sales, LinkedIn prospecting, market research or the health and safety industry would be welcome.

Working arrangements
This is primarily a home-based position, with only occasional travel to dulannHQ in Wexford for training or team meetings.
You will need a suitable remote working environment and reliable internet connection. dulann will provide the computer, software and telephone equipment required for the role.
