The Telemarketing Specialist role is a part-time, on-site position based in London. The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote freight and courier services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential clients
  • Presenting service offerings clearly
  • Handling inquiries
  • Updating customer records in the CRM system

The role involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate information is provided and customer needs are matched with appropriate transport solutions. The Telemarketing Specialist is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities and convert prospects.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries and build long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess clear, confident Communication skills for phone-based outreach and internal collaboration.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software to document activities and track leads.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics, courier, or freight services is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Relevant education or training in sales, marketing, or business is preferred.
