This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy autonomous decision-making, digital healthcare, and flexible remote working while being part of a supportive and clinically focused team.

About the Role

As a Telemedicine Physician Associate, you will provide remote clinical assessment and patient management across a range of digital healthcare services. Clinical areas currently include:

  • Weight Management (including GLP-1 therapies)
  • Men's Health
  • Women's Health
  • Hair Loss
  • Travel Health
  • General Primary Care Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess patient consultations through our secure digital platform
  • Conduct synchronous and asynchronous patient assessments
  • Develop evidence-based management plans within agreed clinical protocols
  • Escalate prescribing requests and complex cases to supervising clinicians where appropriate
  • Request additional patient information to support safe clinical decision-making
  • Manage treatment follow-up and medication side effects
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement activities
  • Collaborate with supervising doctors and multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Support continuous improvement of digital clinical pathways

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
