Kompas Health is a rapidly growing digital healthcare provider delivering safe, accessible, and patient-centred care across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. We are seeking experienced doctors to join our remote clinical team, supporting patients through asynchronous and synchronous telemedicine services.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy autonomous decision-making, digital healthcare, and flexible remote working while being part of a supportive and clinically focused team.
About the Role
As a Telemedicine Doctor, you will review patient consultations, provide clinical assessments, prescribe treatments where appropriate, and support patients across a range of healthcare services.
Clinical areas currently include:
- Weight Management (including GLP-1 therapies)
- Men's Health
- Women's Health
- Hair Loss
- Travel Health
- General Primary Care Services
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess patient consultations through our secure digital platform
- Make safe, evidence-based prescribing decisions in line with clinical protocols
- Request additional information when required to support clinical decision-making
- Manage medication side effects and treatment follow-up
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately
- Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement activities
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams

Who We're Looking For
Essential
- Fully qualified medical doctor with current registration and licence to practise
- Registration with either:
- The Irish Medical Council (IMC), or
- The General Medical Council (GMC)
- Experience working in general practice or telemedicine
- Excellent clinical judgement and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong IT and digital health skills
Preferred
- Dual registration with both IMC and GMC
- Alternatively, registration with IMC or GMC plus another EU medical regulator
- Experience in telemedicine and asynchronous prescribing
- Experience in working with health start-ups and the private sector
- Interest in digital healthcare innovation
We will also consider strong candidates who currently hold only one registration (IMC, GMC, or EU equivalent) and are willing to obtain additional registration as part of their professional development.
