Join Our Dynamic Network Control Team as a Water Telemetry Control Technician!

Are you ready to dive into a new and exciting career? We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Water Telemetry Control Technician. If you have a passion for problem-solving and want to be part of a team that keeps our customers supplied with Wonderful Water, this is the role for you!

About the Role:

As a Water Telemetry Control Technician, you’ll be part of a dedicated team working on a 7-week rotating shift pattern, averaging 37 hours a week. Our 24/7 department ensures that we keep the water flowing around the clock, 365 days a year. Your shifts will include a mix of mornings, afternoons, nights, and some day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Respond: You’ll be at the heart of our operations, monitoring telemetry alarms and responding to any issues in our Water Supply & Distribution System.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your analytical skills to investigate problems and coordinate with our operational teams to fix them.
  • Proactive Management: Ensure our treated water storage reservoirs are operating at their best by adjusting water levels as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within our Operational Control Centre to keep everything running smoothly.
