About the Role
LiveMore exists to challenge the unfair NOs in the mortgage world. That’s why our mission is to empower mortgage brokers to lend more by turning NOs into YESs and by maximising affordable borrowing. By doing that whenever we can, we help our customers live more and be ready for all that’s yet to come.
Using our unique LiveMore Mortgage Matcher® and LiveMore Maximum Borrowing Calculator decision engine technology, we excel at overcoming challenges involving affordability, risk and Consumer Duty. We innovate for customers and mortgage brokers in need, where others don’t – like with LiveMore’s current mortgages ‘up to’, ‘into’ and ‘in’ retirement.
LiveMore is an innovative company with ambitious plans, and we know that our people are the key to achieving our goals. As evidence of our growth, in June 2025 we were recognised as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the UK by the Business Leaders 500. In 2025, we grew our annual origination volumes by over 80% to lend c.£350m.
We are now targeting 50%+ growth in lending across 2026. Our exciting growth trajectory requires a dynamic and successful LiveMore team, and critical to this is our Lending Operations Manager. We are seeking a high-energy candidate, who brings a can-do attitude and a passion to drive an efficient and effective lending operation.
Purpose
At LiveMore, we care passionately about our customers. As a TBDM, you are customer-centric, sales-orientated, well organised and have excellent attention to detail. This role is the first point of contact for our broker customers, so you will deliver exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities

- Opportunity Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying potential and progressing them through the sales funnel.
- Broker Engagement: Build strong, commercially focused relationships with brokers, understanding their needs and positioning LiveMore’s solutions to unlock maximum value.
- Sales Enablement: Create and pass high-quality opportunities to Key Account Managers, supporting them in converting leads into revenue-generating deals.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate CRM records and report against KPIs, ensuring visibility of pipeline, conversion rates, and income growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with field KAMs, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless broker journeys and high service standards.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor activity, broker feedback, and market trends to inform tactical sales decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activity adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
