Air Club is the largest community of its kind in the later life lending market, supporting over 8,000 advisers and brokers across the UK. Through our technology solution, Air Sourcing, advisers can source later life lending products in real time and identify suitable solutions for their clients.

We're looking for a Telephone Business Development Manager to proactively engage with financial advisers through telephone based business development activity, promoting AIR's proposition and supporting advisers to maximise their use of AIR's technology and services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with financial advisers through outbound business development activity
  • Promoting AIR's products, services, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Supporting advisers to maximise their use of AIR's technology solutions
  • Driving adviser engagement and activity across the AIR platform
  • Working closely with the Head of Distribution to support business objectives
  • Monitoring adviser activity and identifying opportunities to increase engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems
  • Working towards agreed KPIs, activity measures and business development targets

What We're Looking For

You'll also have:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The confidence to engage professionally with financial professionals
  • The ability to influence behaviour and drive engagement
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Experience within financial services is desirable but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £30,000 per annum
  • Monthly bonus opportunity of up to £250
  • Fully onsite role based in Gloucester
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with service up to 28
