Company Description
Stratcom UK specialises in telephone fundraising and supporter engagement for charities and non-profits. We deliver warm, relationship-led campaigns that help charities deepen supporter relationships, inspire donations and increase long-term supporter value.
Our mission is to redefine how causes connect with their supporters, with a strong emphasis on genuine conversations, ethical fundraising and relationship-building.
Role Description
£13.45–£17.30 per hour, based on experience
Equivalent to £24,497–£31,460 per annum full-time
We are looking for Telephone Fundraisers to join our remote team on a part-time or full-time basis.

In this role, you will speak with warm supporters on behalf of our charity partners. You will have meaningful conversations, build rapport, listen carefully, answer questions and inspire people to support causes they care about through donations.
This is a home-based role, making outbound calls to existing or warm supporters. It requires confidence, empathy, resilience and the ability to have natural, respectful conversations.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, confident and professional telephone manner
- Empathy and emotional intelligence when speaking with supporters
- Resilience and confidence handling questions, concerns or objections
- Comfortable making donation asks in a respectful and appropriate way
- Basic computer literacy and ability to record information accurately
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Reliable, organised and able to follow processes
- Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, campaigning or phone-based work is an advantage
- A genuine interest in charities, causes or social impact
