Job Title: Telephone Sales Executive
Location: Office Based (London)
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus performance-related incentives.
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and target-driven Telephone Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. This is an office-based role offering excellent earning potential for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
They will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers while proactively generating new business through outbound calls. This is an activity-driven position where consistent effort, excellent customer engagement, and strong sales performance are rewarded with quarterly bonuses and genuine career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and customer retention.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services.
- Manage your own pipeline of prospects and opportunities from initial contact through to sale.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and activity-based KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Keep up to date with products, services, promotions, and market developments.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Competent IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in telephone sales, telesales, business development, or a customer-focused sales role.
- Experience managing customer accounts.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
