We are looking for: This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop and maintain B2B trade accounts within the fenestration industry. Working closely with the external sales team and Sales Director, you will play a key role in generating new business and maximising opportunities with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining new B2B trade accounts
  • Generating new business through outbound telesales and cold calling
  • Following up enquiries and sales leads through to completion
  • Conducting follow-up calls from email marketing campaigns
  • Contacting existing customers to identify additional sales opportunities
  • Processing and managing sales orders accurately
  • Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems
  • Working closely with the external sales team and Sales Director to support business growth
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process

About You

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Experience of cold calling and new business generation
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Flexible, positive and willing to learn
  • Commitment to health and safety procedures

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience within the window and door industry
  • Experience using Business Micros and/or Window Designer software
  • Knowledge of the sales order process within manufacturing environments
  • Industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

  • Working On Site
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • No weekend working
