Telesales Advisor (Parts) - Barretts Parts Hub, St Nicholas at Wade, Birchington
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Advisor (Parts) to join our busy Trade Parts team. In this role, you will handle incoming parts enquiries for Kia, BMW and MINI franchises — supplying parts directly to the automotive aftermarket.
As the first point of contact for our trade customers, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient and friendly service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and supplying the correct parts, processing orders accurately, and building strong relationships with workshops, independent garages and other trade clients.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a confident telephone manner, and thrive as part of a supportive and successful team, we would be delighted to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn. You should be comfortable taking guidance from experienced colleagues and able to work accurately under pressure — especially when handling multiple enquiries or working to tight deadlines. A strong eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
