Ready to turn conversations into commercial success?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy engaging with customers over the phone? Join Essity as a Telesales B2B Business Development Representative and help drive growth across our Incontinence and Health & Medical portfolio.

About the Role

As a Telesales Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth through proactive outbound calling and lead qualification. This is a highly data-driven role, where CRM insights and structured processes are central to identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting conversations into sales appointments.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity offering remote working across the UK. While the role is home-based, you will be expected to be within a commutable distance of our Willerby office to support collaboration and team connection when required.

Working closely with marketing and field sales teams, you will support the delivery of campaigns, launches, and commercial initiatives—ensuring alignment and driving measurable results across Essity’s H&M business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
