Role Description
This full-time, on-site Telesales & Customer Support Executive role is based in Basildon. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services, respond to customer inquiries, and support sales conversions. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Providing accurate information
- Processing orders
- Updating customer records
- Following up on leads to maximize sales opportunities
The role also requires:
- Addressing customer concerns
- Escalating technical or complex issues when needed
- Maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction
The executive will collaborate with internal teams, adhere to company procedures, and meet defined performance targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills.
- Skills related to Customer Satisfaction and Online Support.
- Competency in Technical Support when assisting with product or service-related queries.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven telesales environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management systems are beneficial.
