Position Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Hatfield
Department: Sales
Reports to: General Manager
Role Description
Responsible for proactively searching out relevant enquiries. Working closely with the sales team to telephone contacts to prospects in the commercial sector and secure interest with stakeholders to have conversations in regard of washroom refurbishments needs. We are looking for a candidate with previous proactive sales telephone experience in a B2B marketplace. An ideal candidate would be someone that has these skills and could work part time.

Key Tasks
- High level of teleselling to industry prospects to search out new enquiries
- Working with the sales team to strategically make approaches to specific new contacts
- To keep up a cadence of contact with new clients in search of new business
Skills
- High level of telephone confidence and appetite for this
- Positive can-do attitude and previous professional telesales or sales experience
- Accountable and hungry for task completion and success
- Great communication skills
- Organized, confident and able to project an assertive disposition

Remuneration
- £18 per hour, fixed as a monthly rate once total agreed hours have been confirmed
- Commission per meeting booked and enquiry obtained
Hours of Work
- Flexible and by agreement, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. Based in the Hatfield office.
