Telesales
Manchester | Up to £30,000 Basic + £60,000 OTE
Working hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm, plus 1 Saturday in 4 (10am–2pm).
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Telesales to join a successful B2B sales team in Manchester. This is a lead generation role where you’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities and book high-quality demonstrations for Business Development Managers.
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activity.
- Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Book product demonstrations for the BDM team.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards monthly KPIs.
- Use telephone, social selling and referrals to generate opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships through a consultative approach.
- Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales, ideally with 2+ years' experience.
- Target-driven, motivated and commercially minded.
- Confident speaking to customers and decision-makers.
- Resilient, proactive and tenacious.
- Well organised with excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious and keen to develop a career in B2B software sales.
