🚀 Telesales Executive – Sales Academy

📍 Ware, Hertfordshire

💰 £25,000 basic + c.£42,000 OTE

📈 Clear progression into Account Management/ Field Sales

🕐 Full-time, permanent

Looking to build a career in sales but want somewhere that will actually train and develop you?

I’m partnering with an established and growing B2B technology business that is looking for 2 ambitious Telesales Executives to join its Sales Academy.

This is a genuine entry-level sales opportunity designed to teach you how to sell properly, give you exposure to a professional B2B environment and provide a clear route into higher-earning Account Management and Field Sales roles.

What you’ll be doing

  • Making outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and booking qualified meetings
  • Speaking with decision-makers across small and mid-sized businesses
  • Learning how to prospect, handle objections and sell consultatively
  • Working towards weekly and monthly activity and sales targets
  • Building your commercial knowledge through structured training and coaching

Who are we looking for?

Previous sales experience is useful, particularly if you’ve worked in a high-volume outbound environment, but it isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’ll be:

  • Confident and articulate on the phone
  • Ambitious and motivated by progression
  • Competitive and financially driven
  • Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection
  • Coachable and keen to develop
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A full UK driving licence holder
