Role Overview Due to continued growth, we are excited to be expanding our Sales Team. Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader, you will be goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level. As a Telesales Executive at firmus energy, you’ll be part of a new team that’s all about hitting targets and growing together. Whether you’ve got experience in sales, customer retention, or any other target-driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls for Gas and Electricity customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handling customer objections.
- Skilled in dealing with vulnerable customers.
- Meet all business KPI’s.
- Adhere to industry regulations.
- Managing all customer interactions.
- Promote the firmus brand in a positive way.
- Deliver professional and accurate information to all our potential customers.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the Telesales Team Leader or Sales Manager.
Experience Requirements
Essential
- At least 6 months direct sales experience in a contact Centre (inbound or outbound), customer retention, or another customer-facing direct sales role.
- Proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive approach.

Desirable
- Previous experience in energy/utility sector sales (Gas/Electricity).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
- Experience working with commission-based or incentive-driven roles.
