Fully remote telesales role available in landlord and tenant insurance sector

£27,040 Basic and £300-500/month commission (up to £33k OTE)

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

There is also one late shift pattern per month, which is:

  • Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
  • Friday: off
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Suitable candidates

  • At least 12 months experience working from home
  • Experience with outbound TELESALES calls
  • Experience selling insurance or working with multiple systems and platforms would be helpful but not essential

All candidates must be UK based.

About the Role

We are hiring for three permanent Insurance Sales Executive positions with a fast-growing, technology-led business operating across property, insurance and real estate services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to build a career in proptech, insurance, or the wider property services sector.

The role

This is a phone-based sales role focused on converting warm opportunities and delivering a strong customer experience. You will be speaking with customers at an important stage of their journey, helping them understand suitable insurance options and guiding them through the sales process in a compliant and professional way.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads and manage occasional inbound enquiries
  • Build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Work towards individual sales targets and Quality Assurance targets
  • Ensure all activity is completed in line with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Keep accurate records across internal systems
  • Manage your pipeline effectively to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Contribute positively to a team culture focused on performance, service and continuous improvement

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
  • A positive, resilient and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-led environment
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and tools
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and building trust quickly
  • Previous insurance sales experience would be an advantage, but is not essential

Salary and benefits

  • Basic salary: £27,040 per year
  • Commission: Earned through achieving sales targets and Quality Assurance targets
  • On-target commission: typically around £300-£500 per month
  • Holiday: 21 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each full year of service

Working hours

  • 40 hours per week, typically:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
    • There is also one late shift pattern per month, which is:
      • Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
      • Friday: off
      • Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
