HIGH-TICKET TELESALES EXECUTIVE
£200K+ EARNING POTENTIAL | HIGH COMMISSION | EARLY START. EARLY FINISH.
This is not a job for average salespeople.
- If you need motivating, managing, reminding or chasing — don't apply.
- If rejection bothers you, targets make you nervous, or you think five follow-ups is "too many" — this definitely isn't for you.
We're building an elite telesales team and we're looking for proven closers who like winning, like money and take personal responsibility for their numbers.
THE ROLE
You'll be speaking to warm prospects who have already shown an interest in what we do.
Your job is simple: Get on the phone. Understand the prospect. Create certainty. Close.
This is a fast-moving, high-performance environment with serious earning potential for people who can genuinely sell.
THE MONEY
We don't want people frightened by big numbers.
For the right performers, £100K should not feel like the destination. We're looking for people who want to push towards £150K, £200K+ and beyond.
The commission structure rewards performance heavily. Sell more. Earn more. There is no prize for being average.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
THE HOURS
Start early. Sell hard. Finish early.
We want highly focused people who would rather attack the phones while everyone else is still waking up, hit their numbers and have their afternoon back.
No presenteeism. No hiding behind meetings. Your scoreboard is your sales.
WHO WE WANT
- A proven telesales/high-ticket sales track record
- Commercial hunger and a highly competitive mindset
- Confidence asking for the sale
- Persistence without becoming sloppy or unprofessional
- Relentless follow-up
- Comfort being measured every day
- The ability to perform without someone standing behind you
- Strong objection handling
- A genuine enjoyment of closing
- A desire for your income to be determined substantially by your performance
Experience selling financial education, trading, investment education, coaching, training, property, SaaS or other high-ticket products would be particularly interesting.
WHO WE DON'T WANT
- We're not looking for order-takers.
- We're not looking for people who make 30 calls, get nowhere and blame the leads.
- We're not looking for people who spend half the day "getting ready to sell."
- And we're definitely not looking for somebody who wants a comfortable salary in return for comfortable performance.

High standards. High accountability. High rewards.
STILL READING?
Good.
If you've read this and thought it sounds too intense, we're probably not right for each other.
But if you've read it and thought: "Finally. A company that actually wants salespeople to sell." We should talk.
Apply with evidence of what you've sold, your previous sales numbers and what you've personally earned through commission.
