Role Description
The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Wolverhampton. In this role, the individual will make outbound and receive inbound calls to sell refurbished phones and related services, following up on leads and inquiries. The Telesales Executive will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, explain product features and refurbishment standards, and recommend suitable devices. Daily responsibilities include managing a call list, recording customer interactions in CRM systems, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, handling basic queries and issues, and working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Building lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Introducing The Big Phone Store's products and services.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Following up enquiries and quotations.
- Generating qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Supporting wider business development activities.
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to maximize opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and confidence to every conversation.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous telesales, outbound sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the telephone.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- The ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems.

Experience within technology, mobile phones, or consumer electronics would be beneficial but isn't essential.
