Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join our customer, an established business based at their Lincoln office.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a basic salary of £26,436 plus commission.
Working alongside the Field Sales team, you will build relationships with existing and prospective customers, identify sales opportunities and provide a high level of customer service across telephone, email and online enquiries.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous telephone sales experience who enjoys building customer relationships and working as part of a wider sales team.

- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 17:30
- 40 hours per week (30-minute lunch break)
What will I be doing?
- Making outbound calls to existing customers and prospective new customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Preparing and managing customer quotations
- Gathering information to support product development and future sales opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
What skills and experience do I need?
- Previous telephone sales or telesales experience
- Confident communicating with customers over the telephone and via email
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Sales-focused with the motivation to identify and develop opportunities
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider sales team
