Motor Range is the North West’s No.1 destination for used cars. We are expanding and looking for upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly "people people" to join our Customer Contact Team.
Job Role
As part of our dynamic team, you'll be handling inbound calls and internet enquiries from both new and existing customers, helping them schedule appointments for our Car Sales Team. Your goal is to meet and exceed telesales appointment targets while providing excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed individuals
- Experience in a target-driven environment
- Good computer skills
- Automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not essential

Your Responsibilities
- Convert telephone and internet enquiries into appointments for the Car Sales Team
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding our stock, part-exchange, finance options, and general customer inquiries
- Engage with customers via phone, email, SMS, and live chat
- Accurately update enquiry and appointment details in our CRM system
- Provide professional and effective customer support

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £20,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission per appointment, with a realistic OTE of £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Hours
- Permanent, Full-Time
- 37.5 hours per week, with rotating shifts
- Our Contact Centre operates from 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays, 8:30am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 9:30am to 6pm on Sundays.
