Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Performance Bonus
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Full-time or Part-time Considered

About the Company

We're partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business that helps organisations improve employee engagement, workplace culture, communication and performance. Their solutions are used by businesses across the UK to gain real-time insight into employee sentiment, drive positive workplace change and create high-performing teams.
With ambitious growth plans and increasing demand for their solutions, they are investing heavily in their outbound sales function and are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to help generate new business opportunities.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced telesales professional who genuinely enjoys cold calling and opening conversations with potential customers.
You'll be responsible for engaging decision-makers, identifying business needs and generating qualified sales opportunities for the wider commercial team. This is a high-activity outbound role, ideal for someone who thrives on picking up the phone, building rapport quickly and consistently delivering results.
The role is fully remote and would suit someone who is self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing their own workload from home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
