KPay Group

KPay Group (“KPay”) is a leading fintech company committed to empowering businesses of all sizes through simple, seamless, smart and secure technology solutions. Serving more than 89,000 merchants across Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, KPay helps unlock growth potential by building a one-stop platform for financial management, business operations, and digital transformation.

In 2024, KPay raised a record-breaking USD 55 million in its Series A funding round - the largest globally in the payments sector that year. The company has since been recognised as PayTech of the Year at the 2025 Asia FinTech Awards, selected on Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch list in 2025 and ranked among the Singapore's Top FinTech Companies 2026 list, curated by Tech in Asia and Statista.

This role will be based in either London or Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective merchants from provided lead lists and self-sourced prospects.
  • Self-Prospecting: Don't just work off the lead list — actively source and build your own leads too, so you're not solely reliant on what's handed to you.
  • Quality Over Quantity of Appointments: Focus on booking well-qualified appointments for the field sales team, not just volume — take the time to properly qualify each lead so the appointments you generate actually convert.
  • Clearly and confidently pitch KPay's solutions, tailoring the message to the prospect's business needs, speaking with genuine confidence on every call.
  • Qualify leads and either close sales directly or book qualified appointments for the field sales team.
  • Meet daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets.
  • Accurately log call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
  • Handle objections professionally and follow up persistently with warm leads.
  • Learn Fast: Quickly pick up new product features, pricing, and use cases as KPay's offering evolves, so your pitch stays sharp and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to refine scripts and messaging based on market feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
