Telesales Executive
Location: Milton Keynes
Package: £25,000 - £28,000 basic + 20% uncapped commission, plus holiday entitlement and pension

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to identify decision-makers and generate new leads
- Booking meetings with businesses who are overpaying or nearing contract expiry
- Dropping off marketing materials and engaging in face-to-face conversations in business parks
- Building rapport quickly and guiding prospects towards suitable print solutions
- Progressing into running your own appointments and closing deals directly

Main Skills Needed
- Proven confidence in cold calling and engaging in conversation
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection, maintaining motivation
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Hard-working, with a focus on target-driven results
- Patient, with a clear understanding of this as a two-year career development journey
