About the Role
Location: Hybrid working model. Ideally you'll be based in London, the South East, or within easy reach of our Head Offices in Holborn, London and Reading.
Salary: £32,000 per annum.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing Business Development team within the WSH Group.
Working on a hybrid basis, you will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities across the Group's portfolio of leading hospitality and catering brands. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and arranging meetings that support business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced telesales professional who enjoys building connections, working towards targets, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into qualified appointments.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Support the sales team in securing new contracts.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
- Previous telesales or B2B sales experience is essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Hospitality, catering or service sector experience would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated, organised and eager to contribute to a successful sales team.
